I will never tire of the view

My fave lil spot to be: Circular Quay.

When I have time in between work and college I stroll down to Circular Quay and sit in front of the MCA building and just breathe. Stare out into the waters and the passer bys. Its a peaceful place. Its amazing how different it is when the CBD is just around the corner. Everything is slower here, people smile more.

The Tourists: I love watching tourists taking photos of the Harbour Bridge and Opera house. Every time it's a different couple or group but they all take the same cheesy photo in the same pose and in the same spot but every time you can see they're excited and happy. It's rare to see these expressions during these hard times - the look of pure bliss and it's always uplifting to see.

The Street performers: These wonderful people are here everyday. Sharing their gift to bring joy to others. They do the same routine (and the same jokes) to a different crowd everyday but they bring the same energy every time as they "woo" and "wow" these strangers which is very inspiring...

The Harbour and The Harbour Bridge: Two amazing sights. I love gazing out at the both when I'm on the train every time I pass on the way to college, work or home. Looks amazing each time and I will never tire of this view. It never looks the same - to me anyways. Depending on the weather, the time of day/night, my mood - it all affects the way I see this ever changing image. Late at night the bridge lights up along with the lights of all the vehicles crossing it in contrast to the pitch black night - a thrilling sight. At noon, the sun light hits the water and the water glistens as if there were diamonds in the water-breath taking.

...and then I stroll slowly back to work in a crowd of fast pace walking businessman who are trying to catch the already overcrowded train home. Sometimes it's like swimming up river.
