The first time I saw this watch, I had to have it, though I had no money to buy it :(. This was 2 and a half months ago. I gave up on the thought of owning this totally rad watch, until this morning. On my way out of my house to get to college, I found a series of notes telling me to- well pretty much run around my front yard and back to my front door where I found this pretty neatly wrapped up yellow (my favourite colour;)) box in my electrical box. It was from Jenn! her belated birthday gift to me (she went through quite a bit to get it, and I totally apprecate every bit of it). I frackn' love it! though the picture does no justice to how totally awesome it really looks, it's a DJ turntable with a broken vinyl record (which acts as the second hand). It's so frackn' neat! and it's Tokidoki! (I love Tokidoki products!). Aw...it made my day and it was only 6.30 in the morning.

aha. that's the new watch~ looks so awesome! but i was wondering... how do you read time with this???
hhmmm interesting watch i see- and i agree with christie- hoe do u read the time- does the watch speak ?
Hahahahaah!!! "does the watch speak?"? Ahahaha!!!! hahah!! aww, man thats too funny! Very imaginative Bobanni ;)
Nhi has probably already explained how u read the watch, but i'll say so too. If you flick bak to the picture of the watch, on the left side, theres a little "10". Thats the time. its like the kilometres' thing under the speedometre in a car. works like that. And next to the "10" is the same thing but even smaller which shows the minutes and the SECONDS are shown by the moving "vinyl record"( the disc). It ticks 'round and 'round (i looove having a "circle" as the seconds hand". 'course, you can't see it now. It is after all a motionless pic.
Anyway i agree with Nhi; the photo doesn't do the watch any justice. Gotta see it in reality to get the full effect ;)
Hey i'm glad you like it Nhi! Who would have thought it'd take ONE FREAKIN month to get it, eh!? Well, at least you got it in the end. Take care of it!
Au Revoir!
p.s. got shipped in straight from japan baby!
